-Fixed compatibility issues following the 07/11/11 game update.
-Added "zb_dramaticheadshots" (default: 0) - Enables classic style headshot ragdolls
-Fixed "zb_fadetoblack" so it now fades out sound in sync with the screen gradually becoming black, then reactivates sound when a team-mate is spectated.
-Added a simple competitive server cfg file "zb_comp.cfg" in the download package.

-Removed GLIBC2.7 dependancy for Linux server operators (the minimum required GLIBC version is 2.3).
-Fixed kick for "illegal character in player name" affecting players with certain multi-byte characters in their names.
-Fixed a crash issue.
-Fixed "zb_wantignorerad" not being picked up unless it was changed whilst playing.
